Great location, with convenient stores nearby and walking distance to train and subway stations. The staff provided excellent customer service, with attentive and helpful employees who spoke English. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good AC. They even offered a deep bathtub for relaxation after a day of traveling. They also were great by storing luggage for free and giving thank you gifts.
The check-in process was not flexible and the breakfast was quite poor. The rooms lacked sound-proofing, which led to noisy neighbors and disrupted sleep.

Great location near multiple train stations, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Rooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, some even speak English. Comfortable beds and immaculate bathrooms.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel - it was only a 10-minute walk from both Akihabara and Okachimachi stations. The breakfast option was a plus, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room wassuper clean and cozy. Though small, it was well-designed and perfect for our needs. we had a great value for our money and would recommend Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, situated between Akihabara and Okachimachi train stations, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, having a supermarket and convenience stores nearby is a nice touch.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot for exploring the city, with easy access to several train stations like Okachimachi and Keiyo Ueno Narita, as well as a market with delicious food nearby. Rooms are well-maintained and feature USB wall chargers and comfy beds. The staff is courteous and quick to assist. Breakfast includes clam chowder and a variety of options.
The lack of public spaces in the hotel could be a downside for some guests.
