Great location, with convenient stores nearby and walking distance to train and subway stations. The staff provided excellent customer service, with attentive and helpful employees who spoke English. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good AC. They even offered a deep bathtub for relaxation after a day of traveling. They also were great by storing luggage for free and giving thank you gifts.

The check-in process was not flexible and the breakfast was quite poor. The rooms lacked sound-proofing, which led to noisy neighbors and disrupted sleep.
